Crowdfunding for Remote Setups

Crowdfunding for Remote Setups

July 3, 2020 Events 0

During the lockdown months of March, April, and May all the labs got closed and the experimental research went into standby. All? not really. Niels van Hoof could continue his work from home with his fully remotely controlled setup. Niels is now writing the first and only scientific manuscript with experiments that were done during the lockdown. Inspired by the work of Niels, we have started a crowdfunding action to collect the funds that we need to transform other 9 setups into fully remotely controlled. By doing this, we will be fully prepared to work almost as normal in the case of a second wave and we will be able to reduce travels to work in the future. With remote labs, undergraduate and international students can resume their experimental education and training from home. Do you want to know more? please follow this link.
