NWO Take-off grant for TeraNova
A take-off grant (phase 1) of NWO has been awarded to develop a market and technical analysis of the terahertz near-field microscope for the inspection of semiconductor thin films. This project will be done in close collaboration with our start-up company TeraNova b.v.
